Organized by: ROOM Art Space, Dance Studio & Cafe.
Venue: ROOM Art Space, Dance Studio & Cafe.
Address: 10 Etehaad Al Mohamin st., Garden City, Cairo, Egypt

it is an international screening of the Documentary "The Visit" followed by a live-cast panel with filmmaker and a scientist and a live greeting from outer space!!

is live-cast from an emergency news-bunker, built for extreme situations
(nuclear war, invasions etc.). The interactive cross-border
audience participation creates a real time encounter between audiences
around the world, exploring our response as one humanity to
an alien visit.
Audiences from all participating venues can, via tweets and
text-messages, ask questions to the director and the participating
scientists to be answered via live tweet right after the event.

is a scientific and philosophical feature documentary about Humankind's
approach to the unknown, explored through the hypothetical
visit of alien intelligent life. The UN Office for Outer Space Affairs
in Vienna, as well as leading scientists from NASA, ESA, and the
International Space University (ISU) present their expertise,
knowledge and insecurities about how to tackle such an event. The
film builds up a chillingly believable scenario of first contact on
Earth, beginning with the simplest of questions: Why are you here?
How do you think? What do you see in humans that we don’t see
in ourselves?
