This 6-hour workshop with Dr. Kesmat El Nahel will teach you how to build need-satisfying relationships, the basis of greater happiness and effectiveness in our life. You will understand the nature of relationships, learning about effective behaviors, which help us interact better with others and cultivate healthier relationships.

Dr. Kesmat will introduce the “Choice Theory” a model of Basic Human Needs which explains the meaning of”Need-Satisfying Relationships”and why is it important for greater satisfaction. We are also going to introduce different communication patterns which can affect negatively or positively our connection and interaction with” The Poeple in our Life”
