After the Summer break, Poi Spinning is back at CCDC! Register now and keep the summer vibe flowing around!

Poi Spinning is a form of flow art. Fire Poi is made of 2 chains attached to wicks which can be lit by fire. LED Poi consists of two cords attached to LED lights while Sock Poi is made of two long socks filled with rice - perfect for practice. Before Poi Spinning was used in nightclubs and parties, it was originally a form of meditation for both the spinner and the audience, the curved patterns being very calming to the human brain. The class covers the basics of Poi Spinning and adds some intermediate moves to it.
