An introductory workshop about Positive Parenting for parents of children between 2 & 12 years old.
This session will cover:
1) What is Positive Parenting?
2) The common mistakes in parenting and their impact on the child
3) How to raise a confident child?
4) Why kids don't listen and repeat unwanted behaviors?
5) How to teach self-discipline without spanking, yelling or any emotional harm?

About the Instructor:

Mai Elwy is a Certified Parenting Educator & Founder of Raising Happy. 
Mai is a mother and has 10 years of professional experience in the field of learning & education. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and she is specifically passionate about supporting parents and teachers in raising happy & healthy children. During her practice, Mai has trained hundreds of parents, teachers & social workers. 
Mai is an internationally certified trainer & accredited coach. She has also received a license of practice by The Parent Practice London, a certification by Positive Parenting UK and is trained in postnatal support for new parents. She was hired by UNICEF Egypt as one of the Parenting Experts for the Egyptian National Campaign on violence against children and awareness of positive parenting.
