This Workshop is an easy, not too physical, workout, allowing you to work on the whole body stretching in very easy but important steps, as well as we using the active and passive stretching and partner stretching.

Ibrahim Abdo

Ibrahim is an Egyptian dancer and choreographer. He played sports as a child, before acting and dancing at university. He participated in many workshops before joining the 3-year full-time professional training program at CCDC.
Ibrahim works as a dance teacher for children to give them opportunities to learn art. As an artist, he has choreographed several pieces - most recently he worked with Tarek Al-Dewiry on a piece called ‘Zombie and The Ten Sins’. In his current work, he aims to create a society fully aware of the meaning of personal space and one’s relationship to their body.
