ISMAEL.
ISMAEL. of Wetrobots and EPIC 101 Studios, is also known for his work in the Egyptian electronic music collective, Kairo Is Koming. ISMAEL. has only recently returned from a residency in Gothenurg, Sweden, where he worked with music, sound art and theatre. The impact of the few experimental months he spent abroad discovering alternate sides of his musical personality is apparent in his renewed focus on noise, feedback and beyond. Taking feedback loops as a primary source of inspiration, he sculpts the chaos into control, offsetting a series of sonic possibilities and infinite reactions that take form under his steady hand and curious expeditions into the unknown. ISMAEL. is also active as a DJ.

BOIKUTT
Boikutt is a musician and MC based in Ramallah, Palestine. Creating sounds using sampled material, field recordings, and electronic devices, the results range between hip-hop, downtempo, glitch, ambient and experimental. He independently released his self-produced debut album, ‘Hayawan Nateq’, in 2013. Boikutt was the co-founder of the Ramallah Underground Collective, which has toured across the Arab World, Europe, and Australia, until the collective split up in 2009. Boikutt is also co-founder and member of audio-visual group Tashweesh, with whom he is currently touring. He has produced and exhibited a few sound art pieces, composed several international and local film scores, as well as dance theatre performances, and is now working on different collaborative and solo projects.

BIRTH OF JOY 
Influenced by psychedelica, blues and rock & roll this trio takes you back to the times of MC5, The Doors and Pink Floyd. At the same time they introduce a modern twist influenced by stoner, grunge and punk, hence creating their own sound. Birth of Joy performed 170 shows in 2014 across all of Europe and their latest album ‘Prisoner’ was released in March 2014; a live album will be released in May 2015.
