Shashet Townhouse is a series of film screenings taking place Wednesday nights at the library. This month will bring us personal stories from Cairo 

The films will be screened at 7:00 pm, followed by a conversation with the directors. The films are in Arabic, subtitled to English, and open to everyone

Prepared and shot over five years (2004-2009), this film aspires to show the invisible soul of the cemetery that has everything: bakeries, cafes, children’s schools and puppet theaters
