As part of the Theory and Practice Workshop 2015 - 2016 theme "Walter Benjamin as a Historian", this reading workshop will discuss Walter Benjamin’s major works on history.

The workshop will be lead by Sami Khatib from the American University of Beirut and will discuss the following:"Theses the Philosphy of History,"  Paralipomena and Konvolutes K + N, Expose 1935 and 1939 from the Arcades Project. Participants can download the texts from the event Facebook page or contact Hakem Al-Rustom at hrustom@aucegypt. edu.
