This Training aims to build Finance Leaders through focusing on 3 pillars as follows:

1. Being a Finance Role model: (Technical/Practical part)

Through an interactive case study you will understand budgeting process; how corporates make strategic decisions, you will understand Internal Control as a key pillar for managing business along with Fraud Risk Mitigations. You will find answers to the following:

- How to think like decision makers?

- What are the 3 major decisions companies usually take during recessions and tough times/bad surprises?

- What is the most important & crucial success factor for businesses that is usually ignored?

This part will be covered in Day 1.

2. Self-awareness (Soft skills Part):

In order to overcome career barriers - either internal barriers or external barriers - you want to be highly self-managed, in doing so you need to have self-awareness of your strengths and
development areas. This part will help you organize your thinking and overcome self-destructing thoughts.

This part will be covered in Day 2

3. Career Advising (Career Planning Part):

How to promote yourself in CVs and Interviews, this is the final and most important step in the training, if we considered covering 2 important aspects in the training; the technical aspect in the 1 st part and the needed soft skill in the 2 nd part, in the 3 rd part we will cover the Marketing tool to promote yourself and meet your career aspiration.

This part will be covered in Day 2

- Michael Sobhy - is a Finance, Control Audit professional with more than 15 years of practical experience in 2 leading multinational FMCG’s Nestle & Danone, leading several positions in Financial Controlling for Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial &Industrial.

Strong International Internal Control & Internal Audit Experience. Track records of achievements including several awards in major challenging projects for streamlining & developing processes, businesses integration & SAP implementation.

Michael will cover the Budgeting & Internal Control part.

Hany Adel - with a Solid & extensive Multinational Experience of 10 years in the field of Training, HR & Finance in several leading organization including FMCG, Banking,

Pharmaceutical, Experiential Learning organizations, in addition to a leading people management experience, gained the knowledge and expertise to be able to develop & train others whether in corporate field or educational field (universities), entrepreneurs & Fresh grads. Fascinated by the power of Training & development in changing people to be able to help in changing the community.

Hany will cover the Self-awareness part

Yahia Arafa - is a corporate professional with a degree in Economics from Cairo University. He has 4 years of supply chain experience, working with two of the global largest FMCG companies, Nestle and Pepsi. He has particular knowledge and expertise in purchasing, supply planning, export operations and distribution. Additionally, Yahia has two years in project management experience having worked with the UN in Egypt and Yemen. Lately, Yahia shifted careers to Marketing and is currently handling the commercial operations for Samsung’s TV business in Egypt. Finally, Yahia has a passion for providing career counseling & sharing his experiences with others, where he participated in organizing and delivering 1000+ career advising hours over the past 5 years.
