Samar Ezzat is presenting for the first time a Contemporary Dance workshop, don't miss that opportunity!

The workshop focuses mainly on the transition between vertical and horizontal moves on the floor. It is the idea to go up and down effortlessly, maintaining continuity and natural spirals of the human body. Through this base, we aim to find the organic moves in the body to deepen a powerful but smooth quality of movement. During the three days workshop, we will search for reaching an intense technique that helps the body heal and releases energies, to allow new energies to come and feel the flow of nature through the body. The objective of the work is to end up having a dance sentence that includes all the elements we will work on.
