Interested in dance, fitness and all kinds of physical activities? Register for a 6-week Contemporary Dance - Floor Work course with Ibrahim Abdo at Cairo Contemporary Dance Center 

The class allows participants to work on how to change their levels smoothly while dancing and to discover parts of their bodies and use their body’s momentum to move, fly and fall safely on their pads.. 
The class is physically strenuous, and works on upper body and leg strength and improving the balance and flexibility of the body - so change in body shape and awareness is guaranteed! Participants will also work on stamina by using very dynamic and easy movements from jumping and rolling on the floor to turns, contract and release.

Ibrahim Abdo:
Ibrahim is an Egyptian dancer and choreographer. He played sports as a child, before acting and dancing at university. He participated in many workshops before joining the 3-year full-time professional training program at CCDC. 
Ibrahim works as a dance teacher for children to give them opportunities to learn art. As an artist, he has choreographed several pieces - most recently he worked with Tarek Al-Dewiry on a piece called ‘Zombie and The Ten Sins’. In his current work, he aims to create a society fully aware of the meaning of personal space and one’s relationship to their body.
