Theme: Comics is very popular medium nowadays.it attracts many young artists also easily targets different background audience. Storytelling and short scene shots have a special way of communication to people of all ages. Comics and architecture are connected in many ways through art and message. Telling a message and delivering that message is what we address in this workshop through the link between comics art and architecture.
This workshop is designed to introduce the art of comics to the novice. Participants will cover topics such as: 
• Drawing techniques
• Inking and scenes
• Coloring
• Final render (art direction for all)

Duration: 5 weeks – 4 hours for each session

Target group: architecture students and young architects / artists
Level: Beginners
Requirements: No special abilities is required. You only have to be architecture / art student or young architect / artist. 
Fees: 480 LE (Kindly pay the fees before 13th of November) 


Objective: As part of the comics workshop series, comes the beginner’s comic workshop to help participants learn basics of drawing comics and cartoons. Distinguished participants are encouraged to take part in the second sequel of the workshop. (The advanced workshop in Jan 2014).
