Rabat - Victor Ponten and Jim Taihuttu - 2011 

In the summer of 2010, Nadir has to take his father's old taxi to his uncle in Morocco. His two best friends invite themselves on the adventurous road trip from the Netherlands through Belgium, France, Spain and finally Morocco. While on the road, they discover secrets about themselves and the others which will question their friendship. 

The two directors, Victor Ponten and Jim Taihuttu work for the independent media company Habbekrats and have already directed music ...videos for Dutch rappers like “The Opposites” and “De Jeugd van Tegenwoordig”. Habbekrats focuses on the Netherlands as a multi-cultural society, and with this new film we encounter a new and young generation of Dutch with a Moroccan background.
