Cluster Mapping Initiative is part of CLUSTER’s mandate for critical engagement in the city and public space through urban research, programs and design interventions. The American University in Cairo, Department of the Arts (Film) in collaboration with Salah Marei's family celebrate the life and work of Salah Marei, one of the greatest art directors in the history of Egyptian cinema with a memorial exhibition, accompanied by a panel discussion and film screenings.

The screening of Elfallah Al Faseeh, directed by Shady Abdel-Salam in 1970, is taking place within the context of the memorial exhibition. For details about the panel discussion and exhibition, see related events.

The screening will take place at the Malak Gabr Arts Theatre.
