This course is designed to sample the delights of Egyptian food, both street and home cooked ones. Using local ingredients and simple techniques ,, the course allows you to easily apply them at home and make them part of your lunch menus

Salma El Monzry, Egyptian, who has a passion for cooking and learning new ideas and cuisines. She took several cooking classes in Egypt and Italy. She teaches the course using interactive method which allows the students to use all their senses in the kitchen and gain more confident to try the recipes themselves.
